Boy scout troop 1

Park Ridge, Illinois

Troop 1 participates in  monthly camping, merit badge, and activity programs. Be it camping, climbing, hiking, attending sporting events, or serving our community, our number one rule is to have fun!

As a “Scout-Led, Leader-Guided” unit, the young men of the Troop plan the programs, conduct the meetings, and assume leadership responsibilities. Adult leadership and parental involvement are necessary for guidance and support. All proposed programs are reviewed by the adult committee for safety, financial, logistical, and practical considerations.
